Summary:
WB Games Inc. seeks a Producer to be responsible for overseeing all phases of development of a single project from the concept phase through its release. This product will be AAA game that will ship on multiple platforms. The Producer helps to oversee the internal development team and make sure the product will hit the quality and ship dates determined with WB at the beginning of the project. The Producer will be responsible for assisting with the direction for product development. The Producer will report to the more senior Producer or the Executive Producer of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

PRODUCTION
- Manage the overall schedule.
- Make sure that all sub-schedules are being met.
- Make sure that all game goals agreed upon by WB & Monolith Productions are being met.
- Help identify process and pipelines needed between the various disciplines of the team.
COMMUNICATION
- Manage the overall schedule and milestone deliverables.
- Provide regularly scheduled communications with all personnel that are providing any form of management to the team members.
- Provide clear, concise communication to the team and upper management.
MANAGEMENT
- Direct personnel assigned to the project.
- Help manage their budget with the Senior/Executive Producer.
- Help manage the WB relationship with the Publishing Producer.
- Help manage Marketing/PR needs with the Marketing Game Manager.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 3-6 years experience working as a Producer, Senior Associate Producer or Associate Producer in the on an internal development team within the videogame industry
- Shipped at least 2 titles.
- Successful track record in actually shipping games that make it to market.
- Multi-language localization experience preferred.
- Multiplatform Cert experience preferred.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification:

- Must be able to travel daily between local studios.
- Passport eligibility required.

Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - 118487

Summary:
WB Games seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This individual contributor must be able to establish priorities among multiple, competing demands and to meet deadlines. Ideal candidates possess the ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to create test documentation, execute test cases, track defects, operate automation, and report results. Should have exceptional problem solving skills and be able to articulate issues written and verbally. This person may be required to train team members. Must possess a flexible and personable approach in a team environment and must be comfortable interacting with other internal and external team members on short and long-term term projects. Candidates should have significant experience using Microsoft and Sony development tools (software/hardware). Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

- Team support - Research challenges being encountered by team members with tools and runtime to reduce downtime created by bugs or configuration problems. Track to resolution.
- Bug reporting/tracking/fixing - Find and report bugs in code, assets and tools. Research and properly update and assign bugs written by other members of the development team. Identify development resources needed to fix bugs. Track bugs to closure. Check in fixes when appropriate.
- Creation of QA documentation - Write up documentation including system reports, test cases and tracking documentation for use by the QA department and Production.
- Risk Identification – Evaluate existing and planned systems for trends that threaten larger problems in the future. Utilize debug output from runtime to track resource usage trending. Evaluate trends in the bug database to identify risks.
- Build deliveries - Assemble and deliver milestones, demos, and final builds. Assemble and smoke test builds to be sent to third parties, such as publisher QA, 3rd party test groups, and usability.
- Creation of Test Levels – Identify systems that can be better tested with Test Levels and either create or gather resources to create them.
- Aid in the development of test automation and QA tools – Identify tests in tools and runtime that can be automated, request and track progress of automation tools. Identify areas in which new tools would reduce time spent by QA and increase coverage/efficiency of task performance.
- Perform testing of runtime and tools on all platforms using ad-hoc and guided methods for verification of requirements as set for by the development team, the publisher, and the 1st party console manufacturers.
- Reproduce and isolate bugs found by publisher QA and other members of the development team.
- Aid in the maintenance of internal and/or external bug databases as needed.
- Aid in the management and monitoring of all asset and code builds – this includes aiding the tools team in maintaining the build processes, as well as identifying errors in code and asset building in a timely manner.
- Liaise between development team and publisher QA Team - Inform publisher QA of critical dates, inform publisher QA of features and systems as they come online, triage bugs from the publisher QA team in the bug database and edit and assign as necessary, inform publisher QA of priorities, provide test cases to publisher QA when necessary
- Stable Build Testing - Smoke test code and critical assets prior to release to the rest of the development team. Make determinations based on discovered issues regarding whether or not a given set of code and assets should be released to the rest of the development team.
- Crash Report Tracking - Track and report crashes sent by the development and publisher QA teams.

Work Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years in a software Quality Assurance position
- 1 year in games desired
- Experience with one or more game consoles (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony) or PC desired
- Experience having shipped a game title on any platform in a development organization desired

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification:

- 2 year degree, technical certification, Certificate in Quality Assurance training program, or equivalent independent study

Knowledge/Skills:

- Pays close attention to detail.
- Has the ability to communicate clearly, both written AND orally in English.
- The ability to accurately troubleshoot and identify software and hardware problems and describe the issue to others in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of current PC hardware and setup.
- The ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
- Experience with at least two bug tracking systems.
- Experience with a source control system desired
- Knowledge of certification standards for MGS (TCR compliance), Sony (TRC compliance), or NOA (Lot Check) desired
- Experience creating levels using a level editor for the purpose of isolating and testing functions or features desired
- Any experience with code or scripting is a plus

Title:  Technical Art Director - 117278

Summary:
Surreal Software, a division of WB Games Inc. seeks a Technical Art Director to be responsible for all content related technical decisions for the game on one of our newest projects. This can include visual R&D, performance monitoring, standard setting, as well as process and pipeline issues. The Technical Art Director also acts a liaison between Engineering (Both game and core tech) and the content creators. This person will evaluate new technology, supervise and monitor the development of pipelines and workflow and work with all disciplines to ensure that Art has the tools required to maintain optimum delivery of outstanding assets within technical limitations, solving technical problems when required. All Tools and content feature requests should be evaluated by the Technical Art Director.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the Technical Artists long term tasks. Work closely with the Art Development Director to track and maintain the Technical Artists schedules.
- Evaluate new technology. Working closely with Core Tech and Tools. Working cross team with other technical leadership.
- Generate and maintain Pipeline and process. Cross Discipline. Working closely with tools and Core tech.
- Evaluate and maintain game performance.
- Be the first line of defense on the content side when a technical problem arises and work with artists and Leads to ensure their work meets technical requirements.
- Generate visual and technical targets. Work closely with Graphics and Engine Engineers to ensure that the technology is serving Art requirements.
- Work closely with game design to explore various solutions to the games needs.

Work Experience:

- 8+ years of progressively complex game industry art experience in a technical position and two or more years of team lead experience. Must have shipped at least 2 3D titles.
- Strong technical proficiency in understanding proprietary tools and technology.
- Proven good leadership skills. Able to communicate effectively verbally and visually.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification:

- 2-year 2D/3D art degree, architecture degree, or equivalent desirable with excellent critique and vocabulary skills. BFA or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must be familiar with one or more types of 3D software (Maya, 3D Studio Max, SoftImage, etc.).
- Strong understanding of game development process
- Strong understanding of methods of optimizing game art assets for game engines
- Strong understanding of MEL/Python/Maxscript.or similar systems required.
- Experience with outsourced content and proven ability to work with outsourcing and external development teams.
- A Strong understand of modern 3d engines and the technology behind them.
